PROCEDURE

Liposuction: In some cases, liposuction can be performed to remove excess fat deposits surrounding the base of the penis, creating a more defined and visually thicker shaft.
Fat Grafting: Fat grafting involves transferring a patient’s own fat cells to specific areas of the penis to increase girth. The fat is prepared and can be mixed in with stem cells or PRP to increase the rate of fat survival. This means fewer reinjection interventions after. The prepared fat is then reinjected into the shaft of the penis increasing the girth. The procedure can be performed under sedation and can take around 2 to 2.5 hours. This procedure offers a natural-looking enhancement.
Implant Insertion: Silicone or inflatable implants can be surgically placed within the shaft of the penis to achieve a permanent increase in girth.
