WHAT IS PROFHILO

PROCEDURE

Injection Sites: Five strategic injection points are marked on each side of the face.
Injection Process: Using a very fine needle, the doctor injects the Profhilo solution into the designated points.
Minimal Discomfort: The treatment is minimally invasive and typically well-tolerated, with a topical anaesthetic potentially used for increased comfort.
Number of Sessions: Two treatment sessions spaced one month apart are typically recommended for optimal results.

The treatment takes around 30 minutes, and numbing cream is advisable. For the best results, it is recommended to have at least 2 treatments once a month. The treatment is quick and has no real downtime.

AM I A GOOD CANDIDATE

Profhilo. is generally safe for individuals with concerns related to dehydrated skin, loss of elasticity, and fine lines and wrinkles. However, it may not be suitable for everyone. People with certain medical conditions, pregnant or breastfeeding women, and those with active skin infections are not ideal candidates. What is the difference between Profhilo and injectable fillers?

How does Profhilo work?

How long does the treatment last and what is the downtime?

What are things that I cannot do after Profhilo injection?

Avoid further cosmetic procedures for 2 days after the treatment. Avoid wearing make up for 12 hours and exposure to extreme temperature (sauna, steam room, sun exposure) for a minimum of 7 days after treatment.

Can I go back to work immediately after the treatment?

Yes, Profhilo is one of those “lunch-time procedures” allowing the patient to go straight back to normal daily life, as there is little to no downtime.

When can I see the result?

While you may see an improvement immediately after the first treatment, the best results are visible around 4 weeks after the second treatment. After 8 weeks, your skin will also appear more hydrated, healthy and youthful.

When can I wash my face after the treatment?

You can wash your face 6 hours post-treatment.
