This non-invasive practice is easy to incorporate into your routine, helping you become more self-aware of what feels and looks normal for your body. This way, if you were to notice any abnormalities, such as lumps, you can contact your family GP, who will guide you on the following steps to take. Along with self-examinations, mammograms, and other screenings should be regularly incorporated into a woman’s life, starting from age 40, or earlier if there is a high-risk family history of breast cancer.
