Gummy bear implants in Dubai are a unique new form of breast implant that uses a highly cohesive, high-strength silicone gel to keep their shape. Officially referred to as High Strength Silicone Gel Implants, the term “gummy bear implant” is due to the gel material’s soft but sturdy ability to hold its shape even when cut into (a bit like gummy bear sweets). The gummy bear implant is the 5th generation of breast implants and is a vast improvement on the previous saline and silicone versions. This is because the gummy bear implants are shape-retentive and therefore much less likely to rupture. After careful research, the manufacturers were able to solve the problems that occurred with the previous generations of breast implants, making them safer and more natural looking.
Gummy Bear VS Silicone Gel and Saline Implants
While traditional implants are still a viable option for women looking to improve the shape and size of their breasts, the Gummy Bear Implant is a new and improved alternative. Here is why:
Saline Implants (3rd generation) are silicone pouches that saline solution is pumped into. Although these can achieve the shape and size you are looking for, many women complained that the silicone was watery and therefore did not feel natural. These implants can also be prone to rupture, meaning the breasts deflate and you would need to undergo further surgery to correct the issue.
Silicone Implants (4th generation) are silicone pouches filled with silicone gel that is more cohesive than saline, making them feel firmer and more natural. However, this means that a larger incision was needed to insert the implant, and the surgery is more invasive. Silicone implants have also been prone to rupture, causing complications and further need for surgery.
Gummy Bear Implants (5th generation) are similar to the 4th generation implant however they are made of much higher strength shells and highly cohesive gel. The gel used in the gummy bear implant is so strong that it will not leak even if it is cut in half, making it much safer and longer-lasting than the previous generations. They also offer a round or teardrop shape, to give options of which looks more natural.
