1)Focus on What You Can Control

Global events, political decisions, and military actions are outside our influence, yet the human mind instinctively tries to predict and manage them. A healthier response is to shift attention toward what remains within our control: our daily routines, how much news we consume, how we care for our bodies, and how we support the people around us.

2)Our Nervous Systems Need Safety Signals

One of the key life lessons is that psychological resilience is not just about mental strength; it is about giving the body signals of safety. Simple practices such as slowing the breath, spending time outdoors, maintaining social connection, and limiting late-night news exposure can help bring the nervous system back into balance.
